My Kid's a Keeper!!!

Last night while sitting around the tv I broke on Sunday when I couldn't get the cable back and snapped the coupling off the back so now all we can do is watch dvds and streaming netflix *FML*, where was I?...

Take 2 - Last night we all piled around the tv to watch the almost final episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer  *sniff sniff*, ( I have forced son and spouse to learn to like it and they're both thanking me now), and I said, "you know I once read a crossover fanfic, Dean/Buffy, loved it, can you imagine my two favorite things colliding together like that for me?" (I still use artz from it as my desktop on occasion)

and my AMAZING 16 year old son pipes up with..."hmmmm, what about Jo/Spike?"  OMG my child is a slash genius! :)

...every now and then one of them will humor me and throw me a bone and it's just worth noting, ya know? In fact, he's kinda on a roll...He made a spectacular catch of jelly falling off the fridge door and yelled to me "HOT SAUCE"!

I totally love Dean/Buffy, and oh my god! Jo/Spike...that could so actually be a thing lol I can also imagine Jo being friends with Dawn and them maybe gossiping/giggling about Spike while he's in the vicinity, LOL and then Andrew would join in and things would get weird when he suggests they go worship the shrine he made to Spike.......*coughs* ok totally shutting up now LOL

LOL I was just looking at your journal and seeing you are a Buffy and Angel fan...trying to make my top episodes list :) It's hard...for sure Once...w/Feeling. I am listening to the soundtrack in the car currently & I am obsessed with her in that red shirt & I do the worst Buffy dance ever (oh god, I've said too much).

Jo and Dawn fangirling Spike <3...OMG it's too good, I might not be able to let it go! Andrew*g* oh I miss you.

Oh yeah Buffy was the first thing I ever really obsessed about LOL and it is still very dear to my heart, I haven't watched it in quite some time, well that's not eaxctly true I rewatched season 1 not too long ago, and re-watched some season 7 eps, but there was a time when I watched it from start to finish back to back like every six months, or maybe less than that, lol and I recall at one point when I first got the dvds that I was watching it like on 3 different time lines, myself, then with my mum, and also seperately with my sister LOL madness

And I so agree on it being hard to choose favourites, I can never whittle it down, and O<G YES! Once More With Feeling, I know all the words, lol totally have that on my ipod and well yeah...lol and aww yeah I miss Andrew as well, how much did you love him when he showed up on Angel with his own "spike" coat rofl too good. plus the hilarity of The Girl In Question...... eip, you got me going about Buffy, there may be no stopping it lol

the shows used to be on back to back at 6 am, and I'd watch while I got my son ready for school. I always feel like I should be eating cereal when I watch now *g*. I had seen them both thru a couple of times when I convinced my gf to watch. So we rented them from netflix and for about a year the three of us ate dinner everynight watching. I miss that :(

LOL The Immortal YES!!! Oh god, I need a rewatch!!!
